A private, boutique wellness retreat set on the foothills of Table Mountain, designed for rest, reset and exceptional sleep.

This city-centre “treehouse” blends panoramic views with complete privacy and lush greenery, creating a sense of escape typically only found far outside the city, yet just a 10–12 minute walk from Kloof Street.

Wake to birdsong, unwind on the expansive deck, and watch the mountain shift in colour from sunrise to nightfall.

Please note:

Due to the cabin’s elevation, guests must be physically capable/fit to climb 97 stairs from street level.

Property is shared on the same plot as Nomadic Dream and Signal Hill Villa although has completely separate access.

The property is unfortunately not child friendly

• ClearGuard mesh door by Trellidor (a see-through security door/screen made from a stainless-steel woven mesh enables you to sleep with the large sliding door “wide open” safely, letting fresh air in whilst ensuring no bugs bother you.

• Dedicated workspace (table/desk) that doubles as an outdoor dining table. When table is removed the studio can also be used for meditation for 2 pax

• A 40m² elevated deck designed for both relaxation and social space.

• Bespoke traditional Finnish sauna built on-site, powered by EOS German technology with large double glazed window for panoramic views.

• Large Iglu Therapy Ice Bath/Dipping Pod (the same brand used in top-of-the-range Virgin Collection Gyms—filtered and temperature-regulated able to go down to 3 degrees Celsius). Default temperature is 8 degrees.

• Hot tub with commercial grade filtration system.

• Designed for a complete reset experience, from heat to cold to stillness.

Garden and Outdoor Dining

• An organic herb and vegetable garden offering a subtle “farm-to-plate” experience.

• Dedicated outdoor dining area

• Seasonal herbs and produce (shared respectfully)

Important- Access/Health/Fitness Self- Assessment

• Asana Treehouse is a private wellness experience, not a social venue.

• No additional guests or music permitted

• Not suitable for children

• Guests must be comfortable climbing 97 steps

This ensures the calm, quiet, and restorative environment the space is designed for.

Full private access. Please note there are 97 steps from street level. Shared but discreet entrance with main residence.

Other things to note
While you’ll have complete privacy, the treehouse is part of a residential area, with neighbors who also cherish the tranquility.

To keep the experience special for everyone, we have just two simple house rules:
• No extra guests (only those on the booking)
• No loud music (or any amplified music, indoors or out)

There is also an Ajax security system and electric fencing. The neighbourhood, popular among affluent locals and international residents, also benefits from TBK Watch—a 24/7 community security initiative.
