The Space

Designed for luxurious ergonomic comfort, wellness and recuperation, our home features expansive indoor-outdoor living spaces, modern finishes, and designer furniture.

It features a large pool, a traditional six-person Finnish sauna with stunning views, a temperature-controlled ice bath/cold dip pod (from Iglu Therapy), and an outdoor gym/workout area.

Perfect for families or groups, this villa is the ultimate base for exploring Cape Town. It is a true urban oasis surrounded by nature, yet only a few minutes' walk from the hustle and bustle of Kloof Street.

Bedroom Two
- Spacious and tranquil with a luxury Queen-sized bed
- En-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, heated towel rack and heated lighting.
- Private entry/exit to the rear of the property to the organic vegetable and herb garden, as well as sauna and ice bath.
- Ample storage with two built-in floor-to-ceiling cupboards.
- Large 30m2 private balcony with fantastic view looking back up the mountain - a tranquil feeling of being in a forest retreat. An afternoon-sun delight.

Bedroom Three
-Queen-sized bed with views of Signal Hill from the bed.
- Private full bathroom (directly across the room), which includes a bath, walk-in shower, heated towel rail, heated lighting, natural lighting/mountain & garden views.
- Ample storage with built-in floor-to-ceiling cupboards

CHEF’S KITCHEN
The villa’s gourmet kitchen has quality appliances, a gas hob, oven, with everything you need to prepare delicious meals.

The kitchen includes Riedel glasses, Le Creuset and other top cookware, Couson and Laguiole cutlery (French), Wusthof kitchen knives and premium coffee beans and teas, etc.

The adjacent butler’s pantry/scullery ensures cleaning is out of sight and includes its own service door from the rear of the property.

Bar Fridge - the kitchen has a dedicated bar fridge.
Dishwashing - the kitchen and butler’s pantry/scullery each have an ultra-quiet dishwasher.

Coffee/Tea - dedicated space, including Breville Espresso machine, SMEG milk frothing machine and premium coffee beans (dark, medium, decaf) and premium teas, including herbal.

Fresh organic vegetable and herb garden produce is available for a true “farm-to-plate” dining experience (seasonally dependent - fair use policy as we also use the garden to feed ourselves).

INDOOR/OUTDOOR LIVING
The expansive patio opens up with a floor-to-ceiling concertina door, unlocking endless views and opportunities to relax or entertain.

Lounge on comfortable outdoor seating around an expansive table and fire up the Weber gas braai (BBQ).

The patio seals off from wind and rain with built in blinds (see-through and breathable), enabling year-round use.

LOUNGE
Large L-shaped sofa designed for the space, original Herman Miller Eames lounge chair & ottoman, unique coffee table, Persian rug, views in every direction. Concertina floor-to-ceiling door to patio creates a unique, expansive perspective.

The drinks trolley by the closed combustion fireplace has a nearly 200-year-old silver Victorian-era serving tray and premium glassware for whisky and gin.

GUEST WC
On the ground floor (lounge/kitchen). Bidet tap. Hidden art gallery with quirky art collected from travels around the world.

BUTLER’S PANTRY/SCULLERY
Washer, dryer, double door fridge/freezer, dishwasher, basin and utilities storage.

POOL
The large pool - 1.8m (6’) deep at its deepest end - offers additional serenity, and views abound.

SAUNA & COLD DIPPING POD
For private use - nestled up in the garden above the property.

Scenic hiking trails on Signal Hill begin right from your doorstep, while the iconic beaches of Camps Bay and Clifton are just a 10-minute drive away.

The neighbourhood is also home to the historic Blue Café, a charming spot for fresh pastries, coffee, and local produce. It is only a 5-minute walk away.
